December 2009 is here!
It’s an exciting time as our visitors from the north flee the cold for a hopefully warmer few months here along the Gulf Coast! Worship Services and a Weekly Bible Study is taking place in the Resort Community! Currently there are 2 Sunday Services and one weekly study! We’re enjoying the Andy Griffith Bible Study Series!
These great guests were welcomed to the area a few weeks ago as Hurricane Ida casualy came ashore and brought rain! A lot of them fled for a day or two then returned to set back up for the winter! We’re looking forward to several months of ministry with this special group of people.
We will be distributing goodies to employees in the Resort Community in the next couple of weeks as our local churches donate homemade and store bought goodies for us to hand out and offer as gifts.
Please pray that the hearts of those we are reaching out to are open to God’s Word and that we are able to be an encouragement to vacationers and employees in the Resort Community!
